He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Spencer and Ruby Spencer; his wife Paula; and his siblings, Eddie Von Spencer, Kerny Spencer, Anna Mae Pennanen, Reece Spencer and Clifton "Tip" Spencer.
He is survived by: his children, Teresa Lowe (Richard) of Richmond and Tony Spencer (Patricia) of Beattyville; his grandchildren, Joshua Spencer of Richmond, Emily Lowe Pack of Springboro and Martha Lowe of Richmond; his great grandchildren, Owen Spencer and Ruby Pack; his siblings, Kathleen Marshall of Shelby Township, Dallas of Beattyville, Nogale Spencer of Beattyville and Claudetta Stamper of Richmond; and his close friends, Tom, Bonnie and Sassy. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
