He is survived by: his wife Kathy Lynn Hughes Couch; his daughters, Rita Watts (Jason) of Irvine, Angela Napier (Rodney) of Irvine and Jenny Coomer (Adam Chambers) of Beattyville, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Tyler Johnson of Irvine, Logan of Irvine, Landen of Irvine, Lane Napier of Irvine, Adrian of Beattyville, Tanner Coomer of Beattyville and Carson Gabbard of Beattyville; and his great grandchild Penelope Coomer. He is also survived by brothers, sisters, and other relatives and friends.
