He was predeceased by: his parents, Odell Turner and Modenna Stamper Turner (Reece); and his siblings, Johnny Stamper and Francis Stamper. He is survived by: his siblings, George Stamper (Helen) of Winchester, KY, Homer Stamper (Melissa) of Frankfort, KY and Reva Rogers (Omer) of Beattyville, KY; and his stepsiblings, Roger Turner (Melissa) of Beattyville, KY, Joyce Thomas (Tony) of Irvine, KY, Fay Cockerham (Don) of Irvine, KY and Brenda Dale (Willie) of Paris, KY. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins, and many other loving family members, and friends.
