He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Lewis and Cleta Mae Brandenburg Peercy; and his siblings, Wilburn, Claude, Clarence Peercy and Wilma Peercy.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Carolyn Tirey Peercy of Beattyville; his children, Gary Peercy (Judy) of Richmond, David Peercy of Beattyville, Kathy Brandenburg (Douglas) of Beattyville and Lisa Buchanan (Randy) of Georgetown, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Keith Peercy (Ashley) of Richmond, Chad Peercy of Richmond, Scott Peercy (Jessica) of Lexington, Stacy Thompson (Brandon) of London, Mitchell Campbell of Jackson and Brett Brandenburg of Beattyville; his great grandchildren, Tate, Reese, Beau, Casey Peercy, Jaiden Thompson and Cruze Peercy; his great great grandchild Kylie Peercy; and his siblings, Larry Joe Piercy of Beattyville, Helen Templeton (Virgil) of Lebanon, Betty Stamper of Franklin and Eva Kilburn of Kettering, Ohio. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
