He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Crawford and Jean Houseley Angel Williams. He is survived by: his half-sister Jeanie Thompson of Ohio; his aunt Fannie Keller (Jack) of Beattyville, Kentucky; and his uncles, Phillip Angel of Beattyville, Kentucky, Charlie Angel (Stephanie) of Beattyville, Kentucky and James Angel of Beattyville, Kentucky. He is also survived by cousins and other loving relatives … and friends.
