He is survived by: his aunt Miranda Arvin; his brother Eddie Ray Mckinney; and his children, Michelle Mckinney, Ben Franklin Mckinney Jr. of Ohio, Angelia Whitcomb (Tom) of Berea and Ray Mckinney (Audrey) of Beattyville. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
