She was predeceased by: her husband Troy "Frog" Fraley; her parents, Chester Hogan and Ida Golden Shoupe Hogan; and her son Mark Anthony Fraley. She is survived by: her children, Troy Dennis Fraley of Beattyville, Sabrina Fraley Hall (Jim) of Richmond and Kelly Fraley Allen (Jon) of Beattyville; her grandchildren, Zachary Dennis Fraley, Paige Barker Brandenburg (Ken), Tristan Fraley and Trevor Allen; her great grandchildren, Tori, Natalie Fraley, Jax and Cam Brandenburg; and her brothers, James "Cotton" of Beattyville and Roger Dale Hogan of Beattyville. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
