He is survived by: his mother Crystal; his grandmother Josephine Slone; his siblings, Autumn Slone of Beattyville, Kentucky, Matthew Slone of Louisville, Dakota of Beattyville and Caleb Slone of Beattyville; his aunt Vickie Slone; and his cousin Jaden Parks. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
