She is survived by: her children, Debra Ann Kemper (Harold W. Kemper Jr.) of London, Larry Wayne Couch of Big Creek, Randy Couch of Pittsburgh and Kim Douglas Couch (Sandra Couch) of Louisville, Kentucky.; her brothers, Jimmy Couch (Dorothy Couch) of London and Raleigh Couch (Frog) of Bear Branch, Kentucky.; and her grandchildren, Kenny, Rebecca, Lakeisha, Brandy, Shanna, Dustin, Cody, Peyton and Aliyah.
