He is survived by: his wife Patsy Causey; his daughters, Chasity Clark of Bledsoe, KY and Brittany Saylor (Larry "Earl") of Bledsoe, KY; his siblings, Winfred Causey (Sue) of Bledsoe, KY and Phyllis Harmon of Bear Branch, KY; his sister-in-law Wanda Gail of Hyden, KY.; his grandchildren, Connor Clark, Emma Clark and Makinlee Saylor; and his aunt Pauline Causey of Richmond, KY.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 11th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Wolfe and Sons Funeral Home (23185 US-421, Hyden, KY 41749). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
