She was predeceased by: her husband McKinley Couch; her daughter Diann Couch; and her siblings, Frank Wilder, Wilkie Sizemore, Robert Wilder, Woodson Sizemore, Frankie Hatfield, Ollie Meadows and Effie Sizemore.
She is survived by: her sons, Clint Couch (Anna) of Wooton, KY and Robert Wayne Couch (Tasha) of Hyden, KY; her stepson Michael Hatfield; her daughter Velma Couch of Hyden, KY; her siblings, Melvin Wilder (Effie) of Big Creek, KY, Emily Goff of Florence, KY and Maude Brumley of Lexington, KY.; her granddaughter Chloe Pennington; and her stepgrandchild Jamie Hatfield.
