He was predeceased by: his father Orville Sizemore; and his grandparents, Pearl, Eva Sizemore Smallwood, Frank and Ethel Sizemore.
He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Smallwood Sizemore (Angela Sizemore) of Bear Branch, KY.; his children, Dakota Ray Wayne Sizemore of Bear Branch, KY., Chasity Sizemore and Haley Sizemore; his sister Paula Collett of Corbin, KY.; his grandchildren, Hayden Lewis, Luis Caldwell, Issah Sizemore and Kinlee Reams; and his nephews, Eric Collett, James Riley and Cody Riley.
