He was predeceased by: his parents, John Couch and Georgia Couch; his sisters, Juanita Couch, Jessie Couch, Beatrice Couch and Jettie Asher; and his siblings-in-law, Andy Asher and Eva Carol Couch.
He is survived by: his siblings, Bige Couch of Bear Branch, KY., Kenneth R. Couch (Rosalee), Mertie Couch and Marie Williams (Johnny); and his nieces and nephews, Ruth Shell, Bernadine Stewart, Angie Morgan, Gretta Sparks, Vickie Hatton, Marilyn Congleton, Diane Carrol, Kim Couch, Joan Gilbert, Jada Ryan, Randy Couch, Larry Asher, Gary Lynn Asher, Greg Couch and Travis Couch. He is also survived by great nieces & nephews, cousins, other relatives & friends.
