She was predeceased by: her husband Caleb Collins; and her sisters, Lula Salyers, Leda Salyers, Jean Lawson, Sadie Smith, Helen Medlin and Emma Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Greg Collins (Candice) of Bear Branch, KY, Nicholas Collins (Lia) of Bear Branch, KY, Mackenzie Gibson of Bear Branch, KY and Marlene Estep of Bear Branch, KY; her siblings, Hershal Woods, Jr. of Bear Branch, KY, Viney Bentley and Janice Bowling; and her grandchildren, Candi Crawford (Sloan), Ryder Gibson, Chance Collins, Hagan Collins, Ashton Collins and Tucker Collins.
