He is survived by: his sisters, Janet Smith of Bear Branch, KY. and Geraldine Baker of Richmond, KY; and his close friends, Janice Beck, P. J. Roberts, Johnny Roberts, Brad and Treva Sizemore. He is also survived by relatives surviving; step-daughter.
