He is survived by: his wife Francine Woods Caldwell of Stinnett, KY.; his children, Tyler Couch (Julianna), Bridget Caldwell (John) of London, KY., Casondra Johnson (Andrew) of Wooton, KY. and Amanda Couch of Hyden, KY.; his stepson Brian Couch (Chasity) of London, KY; his siblings, Dewey Baker (Crystal) of Wooton, KY., Dillard Baker of Yeaddiss, KY. and Polly Sizemore; his cousin Larry Caldwell (Tina); his grandchildren, Jade Johnson, Anthony Eldridge, Halee Morgan, Kyleigh Asher, Landon Lewis, Erynn Morgan, Hagan Morgan and Faith Morgan; and his great grandchildren, Madelyn Hurt, Aidan Gray and Eli McQueen.
