He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Napier and Elsie Marie Fee Napier; and his brothers, Stanley Lee Napier, Ronnie Napier, Robert Napier, Jr. and Leon Napier.
He is survived by: his children, Brittany Marie Napier of Harlan and Dustin Napier (Lauren) of Lexington; his close friend Will Maggard of Baxter; the mother of his children Joann Napier of Dione; and his grandchildren, Braelynn Smith and Jackson Creech.
