He is survived by: his wife Betty Wilburn Smith; his children, Gina Rowe (Brandon) and Kelly Smith; his brother David Smith; his nephews, David Napier and Jimmy Wayne Smith; his niece Kathy Smith; and his siblings-in-law, Ben Wilburn (Christie), Elizabeth Lampkins (Jerry) and Diane Wilburn. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
