She is survived by: her husband Clarence Turner; her children, Tim Pennington (Joy), Angela Turner and Regina Roberts (Jamie); her grandchildren, Kenny Pennington (Alex), Autumn Cornett (Nick), Cade Pennington, Jeffrey Gambrel (Brittany Harris), Justin Gambrel and Noah Roberts; her great grandchildren, Piper Gilliam, Slate Cornett, Carli Gambrel, Adallyn Gambrel and Jeffrey Gambrel; and her siblings, Owen Pennington (Mallie Jean), Hayes Pennington, Jr, Leeroy Pennington (Linda) and Yvonne Pennington (Bill).
