He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeff Mills and Alice Rice Mills; and his brothers, Larry Mills and Jerry Mills. He is survived by: his son Danny Mills (Stephanie) of Ooltewah, TN; his sister Doris Caddell of Butler County, OH; and his grandchildren, Danielle Mills and Daniel Mills.
