He was predeceased by: his parents, McKinley Napier and Ida Osborne Napier; and his siblings, Otis Napier, Loretta Napier, Charlene Pruitt, Viola Melton and Lucille Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Gene Napier; his children, Ricky Napier Jr. (Crystal), Melissa Perkins and Tabitha Hensley; and his siblings, Elmer Napier, Darrell Phillips (Harlan), Donnie Phillips and Vickie Farley. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
