Though Patricia may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jimmy Allen Shoemaker; and her parents, Jont Cornett and Cappie Halcomb Cornett. She is survived by: her children, Russell Shoemaker (Mary Jo) and Kim Ball (Jack); and her grandchildren, Tyler Ball, Lauren Shoemaker, Jenna Shoemaker and Jacob Shoemaker.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Friendship Missionary Baptist Church (425 State Hwy 1137, Cawood, KY 40815). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Shoemaker Cemetery.
