She is survived by: her children, Karen Helton (Raymond), Tina Creech, Harry Perkins and Melissa Burke (Roger); her sisters, Geneva Smith and Betty Spurlock; and her nephew Friends. She is also survived by 6 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren; A host of Nieces.
