He is survived by: his wife Anissa Faye Niday Seals; his children, Angie Seals of Pennington Gap, VA., Jason Seals of Pennington Gap, VA and Ben Noe (Joy); his siblings, Joe Seals of Gordon, KY, Robbie Seals (Brenda), Patsy Housley of Cawood, KY, Carolyn Smith (Jeroney) of Smith, KY, Wilma Saylor of Pennington Gap, VA and Teresa Douglas; his grandchildren, Peyton Seals, Jayden Seals, Abby Seals, Ethan Brummett, Reese Brummett, Anna Noe and Andrew Noe; his mother-in-law Mary Ann Niday; his sister-in-law Willene Slusher-Quillen (Mike) of Kingsport, TN; his niece Olivia Slusher; and his nephew Ethan Slusher.
