It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matthew Ryan Estep (Baxter, Kentucky), born in Johnson City, Tennessee, who passed away on January 11, 2024, at the age of 36, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ruby Johnson, Wanda Forbes Walls and Joe Estep Jr.; and his father-in-law Larry White. He is survived by: his wife Ashley White Estep; his sons, Booker Ryan Estep and Hunter Estep; his mother Brenda Mahaffey; his stepfather Michael Mahaffey; his father Joe Estep; his stepmother Lisa Estep; his mother-in-law Kimberly White; his grandfather Bill Johnson; his siblings, Nick Estep (Ashley), Brandon Cross, Nicholas Cross, Lori Smith and Brianna Burton (Kenny); his sisters-in-law, Leslie Shell (Aaron) and Allison Good; his nieces and nephews, Grace, Sarah, Jordan Blanton, Drew Shell, Levi, Cooper and Gracie Estep; and his brothers, Cody Bartrum and Brian Whittington.
