She was predeceased by: her father Dwain Smith; her brothers, Doyle Smith, Ted Smith and Tim Smith; and her nephew Twirp Smith.
She is survived by: her mother Joyce Ann Smith; her siblings, David Smith (Libby) of Baxter, KY and Judy Smith of Smith, KY; her nieces and nephews, Derrick, Janessa, Doyle, Dustin and Teddy Smith; and her great-niece Kenzie.
