He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Weaver; and his brother Keith Weaver. He is survived by: his mother Helen Weaver; his children, Randy Weaver and Julie Weaver; and his siblings, Kenny Weaver (Evelyn) of Cincinnati Ohio, Kip Weaver (Shirley) of Cincinnati, Kimberly Edens (Robert) of Harlan, Kathy Houston (Jim) of Covington, KY and Karen Weaver of Harlan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
