She was predeceased by: her parents, Kinard Saylor and Peggy Jean Cornett Saylor; and her grandparents, Wallin Saylor, Sr., McKinley Cornett and Minnie Day Cornett.

She is survived by: her children, David William Joseph Saylor and Glessie Miriah Nicole Gilbert; and her granddaughter Zoey Alexis Gilbert.
