She was predeceased by: her mother Annie Marie Perkins; her grandfather Martin Pacholewski; her uncle Bill; her aunt Nellie; and her siblings, Junior, Willie, Opal and Sue.
She is survived by: her daughter Laura Caldwell; her son-in-law David; her grandchildren, Tyler Maas, Prescott Saylor (Ashley) and Kyle David Burnette III (Davey); her siblings, Joe Leslie, Mike Pacholewski, James Perkins and Juanita Farmer; her cousins, Mary and Barbara; and her friend Judy Garrett.
