We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2021, at the age of 27, Donnie Ray Owens Jr. of Baxter, Kentucky, born in Harlan, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ezekiel and Mamie Hoskins; and his niece Allyah Rodiguez. He is survived by: his parents, John Holt and Peggy Maddox Holt; his fiancé Whitney Anderson; his siblings, John Holt, Jr., Phillip Maddox, Rebecca Rodiguez (Johnny) and Autumn Rodiguez (Eric); his grandparents, Bill, Geraldine King and Verda; his nieces and nephews, Malachi Rodiguez, Jaelynn Rodiguez, Jordan Rodiguez, Rylan Rodiguez, Masyn Rodigues, Harper Anderson and Carter Thompson; and his close friend Timmy Thompson. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and dear friends.
