She is survived by: her significant other Dale Gilbert; her son William V Helton (Stephanie); her siblings, Sandra Mullins, Jean Maas, Randy D Fultz (Michelle Irvin), Steve L Fultz (Melissa), Allen L Fultz (Ann), Jeff R Fultz (Cathy), Timothy L Fultz, Michael Fultz and Fred Earl Sergant; her grandchildren, Justin Helton, Breanna Lowe and Matthew Williams; her great grandchildren, Kenzie, Kylie Helton, Presley, Demi, Carver Lowe and Brixton Williams; her daughter Dee Dee Woodsby; and her close friends, Teresa Brock and Ann Varney. She is also survived by her family or friends.
