He is survived by: his wife Marlene Hall; his children, Michael Pace (Aimee) of Harlan, Michelle Fox (Matthew) of Baxter and Curtis Lee Hall, Jr. (Nicole) of Middlesboro; his siblings, Donnie Osborne (Wanda) of London, Henrietta Osborne of Cawood and Shirley Jo Hall of Cawood; and his grandchildren, Laura Pace (Zach), Keirstian Hall (Austin), Tyler Carmical, Kaley Hall, Mia Claire Pace, Makayla Fox, Gracie Hall and Willow Hall. He is also survived by other relatives and special friends.
