She is survived by: her children, Scott Cook (Gina), Rhonda Ray (George) and Patrick Cook (Leila); her brother Eddie Holland (Paulette); her grandchildren, Matthew Stephens, Kourtney Stephens and Hanna Cook; and her great grandchildren, Kieran Stephens, Kafhton Stephens, Kaydan Stephens and Gabe Whitney.
