He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Carl and Mary Elizabeth "Betty" Spaulding Stinnett. He is survived by: his children, Mary Elizabeth Lamb (James) of Cairo and Charles Michael Stinnett of Cairo, Georgia; and his brother James Nelson Stinnett. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren, step great-grandchildren, and step great-great grandchildren.
