He is survived by: his children, Teresa June Estes (Tony) of Madisonville, Randy Joe Webb (Maureen) of Hagerstown, MD, Sherry Adams of Brandenburg and Tammy Hack (Donnie) of Mt. Washington; and his brothers, Charles Brooks, Coy Brooks (Jeanette), Larry Brooks (Linda) and Gerald Brooks (Ruth). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
