McCormack of Nasville, TN, Kim A Cranston (Duyer) of Louisville, KY, Gerard W. McCormack, III (Sarah) of Irvington and Quentin E. "Squid" McCormack of Ekron; his grandchildren, Jennifer Hoskins, Jessica Felts, James Woods, Noah Parr, Will, Phoenix, Tristin, Talon, Trea and Layla McCormack; and his great grandchildren, Drake, David and Katie.
