She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred Wood; her father Henry; her daughter Velma Bridge; and her grandson Dwayne Embry. She is survived by: her children, Shirley King (Frank) of Battletown, KY, Joe Wood (Gail) of Battletown, KY and Linda Wemes (Billy). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
