She is survived by: her significant other Lester Jewell; her children, Alex Threlkeld of Junction City, KS, Tanner Threlkeld of Union Star, KY and Tori Webb of Union Star, KY; her stepdaughters, Christy Jewell of Shepherdsville, KY and Jesse Rae Jewell of Battletown, KY; her siblings, Teresa Wheeler (Travis) of Alvin, TX and Scott Pavola of Lake View, OR; her stepmother Marilyn Pavola of Thompson Falls, MT; and her grandchildren, Hunter Threlkeld and Weston Threlkeld.
