He is survived by: his wife Jessica Howard Adams of Barlow, KY; his children, Kennith Adams (Riki) of Bedford, KY, Brandon Willis of Benton, KY and Lexi Hack of LaCenter, KY; his siblings, Rodney Adams (Jonda) of Kevil, KY, Michael Adams of Barlow, KY, Rhonda Helfer (Mark) of Mayfield, KY and Tina Wade (John) of Perryville, MO; and his grandchildren, Weston Beare, Ellie Beare, Brayden Willis and Loki Conyers.
