He was predeceased by: his parent Rollie Payne; his sisters, Rozettia Dian Wade and Sandra Kay Ellis; his grandson Devin Penrod; and his stepson Casey Hall.
He is survived by: his mother Zettia Payne of Maryland Heights, MO; his wife Vicki Payne of Barlow, KY; his children, Curtis Hall (April), Eric Payne (Caysie), Brice Payne (Kimberly), Angela Penrod, Jessica Hall, Amanda Miller (Steve) and Kayla Norman (Jason); and his sisters, Ronda Weiss (Gene) of Maryland Heights, MO and Patsy Small (Joey) of Minter, AL. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, several great grand children and many nieces and nephews.
