He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil "Chunk" Underwood Jr. and Mildred Irene Rice Underwood; and his grandchildren, Sawyer Underwood and Shawn Culp. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Hall (Jimmy) of Paducah, Susan Culp of Paducah, Robyn Bybee (Terrill) of Paducah, Angel Henry (Brandon) of La Center, Tommy Underwood (Sherry) of Louisville, DJ and Josh Underwood (Kristan) of Paducah; and his brothers, Dale "Frog" Underwood of Wickliffe and Gary "Red" Underwood of Wickliffe. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
