He is survived by: his wife Frieda Johnston of Barlow, KY; his daughters, Tammy Jo Worley (David) of Barlow and Kayla McCain of Barlow; his siblings, David Alan Johnston (Sarah) of Beavercreek, Ohio and Debra Egner (Lynn) of Summerville; his grandchildren, Gina Rene Worley, Brittany Baker, David Michael Worley, Adriana Worley, Breana Worley and Summer Pennybaker; and his great grandchildren, Gannon Caneer, Jourdyn Worley, Jaelyn Worley, Jemma Worley, Aubriella Haws, Cason Ringstaff and Dallas Rushing.
