It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lou Nelle Strickland (Barlow, Kentucky), who passed away on September 9, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Mudd and Lucille Mudd (Martin); her husband Paul Strickland; her sister Alberta Smith; and her sister-in-law Reba Strickland Kraps.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Strickland of LaCenter, KY and Susie Strickland Nutt of LaCenter, KY; her grandchildren, Graham Harper (Abby) of LaCenter, KY, Paige Plummer (Cullen) of Georgetown and Michaela Nutt (Thomas Fowler) of Myrtle Beach; and her great grandchildren, Cullen H. Plummer, Gideon Plummer, Harlowe Plummer, Jude Harper, Samuel Harper and Nora Harper.
