She was predeceased by: her spouse Cloys K. Henderson; her son Paul Henderson; her sister Dorothy Nell Brookshire; and her parents, Richard Samples and Marguerite Bondurant Samples.
She is survived by: her children, Ann Mullins of Barlow and David Henderson (Gloria Jean) of Wickliffe; her grandchildren, Staci Henderson of Bowling Green, Christy Henderson of Wickliffe and Corey Henderson (Tara) of Wickliffe; her daughter-in-law Lyn Anderson of Barlow; and her great grandchildren, Anna Grace Thompson and Colby Kendal Henderson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
