He was predeceased by: his wife Charlotte Kay Boulton; his brothers, Lester Boulton and Vester Boulton; and his parents, Claud Boulton and Virginia Batts Boulton.
He is survived by: his children, Bradley Boulton of LaCenter, KY, Cindy Boulton of LaCenter, KY and Christy Boulton of Barlow, KY.; and his siblings, Charles Boulton (Sandra) of LaCenter, KY, Margie Wood of Portsmouth, Claudette Soper of LaCenter, KY, Rita Lyles (Gary) of Paducah and Sally Boulton of LaCenter, KY.. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
