He is survived by: his daughter Kelly Evans Spalding (Corey); his grandchildren, Jacob Spalding and Audrey Spalding; his son Luke Evans (Megan); his grandchildren, Brandon Evans, Makinley Evans and Colt Evans; and his sister Ellen Evans Noth of Wheaton, Illinois..
