He was predeceased by: his mother Thelma Smith (Carter). He is survived by: his daughters, Wanda Smith of LaCenter, KY, Dawn Mays of Barlow, KY, Tina Barnhill of Barlow, KY and Angela Pratt of LaCenter, KY; and his sister June Belcher of Barlow, KY.. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
