He is survived by: his children, Jason Harper (Jennifer) of Melber, KY and Tina Robison of Blandville, KY; and his sisters, Annie Blackman of Paducah, KY and Genevieve Carrier of Cincinnati, Ohio. He is also survived by five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
