She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Jo Worley (David) of Barlow and Kayla McCain of Barlow; her sisters, Sharon Wilson (Brett) of Barlow and Helen Blankenship (Pete) of Wickliffe; her grandchildren, Gina Rene Worley, Brittany Ringstaff, David Michael Worley, Adriana Worley, Breana Worley and Somer Pennebaker; and her great grandchildren, Gannon Caneer, Jourdyn Worley, Jaelyn Worley, Jemma Worley, Aubriella Haws, Cason Ringstaff and Dallas Rushing.
