He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bill and Karen Moore; and his great-grandparents, James Harvey and Dorothy Peyton. He is survived by: his parents, Tanya Peyton Moore of Barlow and Mark Moore of Kevil; his son Tristan Alan Moore; his grandparents, Steve and Jackie Peyton; and his aunts and uncles, Michael Peyton (Janet), Daniel Peyton (Julie), Mevlyn Chism (Greg), Tammy Dunker (Mike), Pam Dunlap (Larry) and Cathy Williams (Vern).
